How to use: ▸ expands each workstream into its areas (spaces / racks) and each area into its devices. Assigned sets who does each device — tick one or more people to assign (a 2-man job gets two names), or use Set all… on an area; Status is a dropdown — pick To do / In progress / Complete / Snag / On hold, and areas/decks roll up a % and RAG dot. Switch to Daily assignment for a day-by-day board per person. Everything is saved in this browser.
Tasks are auto-scheduled from the programme and the Assigned column, spread across each space's working days (Mon–Sat). Tick them off, or add ad-hoc tasks per person with the box at the bottom of each card. Reassign a task by changing its owner back in the Programme view.

WhenWhoActionDetail
Every status change, assignment, snag/hold note and daily task is recorded here with a timestamp and the person who made it. Download a CSV for records or handover.
Flags
Snags, holds and status changes raised by engineers appear here for the management team. When an engineer sets a task to Snag or On hold they can assign it to a manager — use Assigned to me to see just yours. Acknowledge each as you review it.
Pre-mobilisation readiness
Gate to confirm before crew mobilise Mon 7 Sep. Set each check’s Importance (Critical / Urgent / High / Normal / Low) — Critical items hold the programme if not ready. Managers can add checks, edit them, set importance and owner (owners are managed in Admin); engineers can view. Changes are recorded in the Change log.
Admin — users & roles
Super-admin (George Kyriacou) only. Create users, edit their name & email, set roles, control which projects each user can open, and reset passwords. Projects: “All” means every project (the default and what super-admins always get); click it to untick “All projects” and grant only specific ones — e.g. one project for a site engineer, a handful for a project manager. Edit lets you correct a name or set the login email — a person's username and email are the same address, so setting it here is what they’ll sign in with. If you rename someone, all of their assigned work carries across automatically. Reset sets a temporary password the user must change at next sign-in. Roles: Super-admin (full + user management), Manager (full edit + oversight), Engineer (view + update own tasks), Viewer (read-only — Programme & Strip-out only).

Your account details. Your username is your email address. Your role is set by a manager or super-admin and controls what you can see and do.
Strip-out — removal tasks
Removal tasks for the strip-out crew, grouped by area. These are the same tasks that sit above the install items in the Programme — set a status, add photos, and see who's assigned. Add, edit or delete tasks (and assign people) in the Programme via + Strip task. Everyone on the team can update these from a phone.
